Our Experience
Scooter Store customer service is answered by an automated response. On the day we called we were greeted with a message claiming high call volumes and long wait times. You cannot press 0 to skip the list of options. Press 1 for current work order status, 2 for service for non-Scooter Store purchases, 3 for battery issues or 4 for other issues. We pressed 4 and the call was routed to the wait line for the next agent. Our wait time was estimated at four minutes, but an agent picked up the call in 3:17.
I have tried locating an email address for the Scooter
store service dept. as I have a hearing problem. If this is the wrong site can you please forward to the service department. I have a problem with my Jazzy wheelchair. For quite awhile I have been feeling a bumping from one of the wheels while moving and it is getting annoying, it’s like pushing a shopping cart with a bad wheel. Could someone contact me to set up a service appointment?

I wish to know because The Scooter TSore filed for bakruptcy ( Chapter 11) in April, 2013, and I have as yet to be able to find a phone number that gets me to speaking to anyone who can help me; all I get is busy signals and recordings to call back later.
