  2. I have had the worst experience of my life. Apparently i bought a tv late last week. A geek squad person found my order. I cannot. I want to cancel the entire order. I am through with best buy forever. i contacted geek squad chat and tried to get 3 items looked at. 1) i wanted to know if i had purchased all the accessories/parts whatever to complete an installation in 1 day. I wanted to purchase a protection plan but didn’t know which one. I wanted toarrange for tv installation to be sure everything was working well when the istallers planned to leave my home. That really doesn’t sound too difficult. Each item is one that best buy sells and adertises.
    iI HAVE LEARNED OVER A SEVERAL DAYS AND MANY HOURS THAT THIS CANNOT BE ACCOMPLISHED BY ANY SUPPORT PEOPLE THAT ANSWERS A BEST BUY SUPPORT HELP CALL. I AM A SENIOR CITIZEN AND I WILL ADMIT THAT I HAVE SOME NEEDS THAT AREDIFFICULT. MY PHONE JUST HAPPENS TO BE OUT OF ORDER AND I HAVE NO IDEA WHEN IT WILL BE REPAIRED. I LIVE IN A SOMEWHAT REMOTE RURAL AREA AND I RARELY SEE ANYONE. I AM HOUSEBOUND IE, I CANNOT DRIVE. SO, AT THE CURRENT TIME DURING A FEW DAYS PRIOR TO THE DATE OF SHIPMENT THERE ARE SOME CHALLENGES. I COULD CONTACT BEST BUY/GEEKS EASILY ENOUGH VIA CHAT AND I COULD DISCUSS THE PROBLEM. BUT WHAT I HEARD BACK WAS “WE DON’T DO THAT. CONTACT THIS OTHER LINE.”” THAT WENT ON FOR THREE DAYS AND I GOT VERY USED TO HEARING “I APOLOGIZE SIR, BUT” IT BECAME REALLY HARD TO FIND A PROBLEM THAT FIT THE REQUIREMENTS OF A PROBLEM THAT COULD BE FIXED. AT THE END OF TODAY, I HAVE THE ABSOLUTE BEST EXPLANATION OF WHAT THE PROBLEM IS BUT NOT ONE SINGLE GEEK AGENT CONTACTED COULD HELP ME. ABSOLUTELY NO ONE AT ALL.
    IF I CAN FIND THE ORDER, I WILL CANCEL IT. I HAVE DONE BUSINESS WITH A DEALER A FEW MILES AWAY AND IN THE PAST HE HEAS JUST SAID HERE IS WHAT WE HAVE AND ARE YOU FREE THIS AFTERNOON TO BE HOME WHEN MY INSTALLATION PEOPLE COME. CHOOSE A TV WE HAVE AND I’LL HAVE IT INSTALLED AND WORKING BEFORE DINNER. NOW THAT IS WHAT I CALL SERVICE. I CAN SAVE A FEW DOLLARS IN THE PRICE BY COMING TO BEST BUY BUT SERVICE IS NOT EXISTANT. THIS IS NOT AN ISOLATED EXAMPLE. LAST JANUARY I BOUGHT AN APPLE PHONE BECAUSE IBEST BUY PEOPLE TOLD ME IT WAS THE MOST RELIABLE PHONE POSSIBLE AND JUST BRING IT IN FOR REPAIRS. WELL, IN THE END OF MARCH 2015, THE PHONE NO LONGER WORKED. I TALKED TO THE GEEK SQUAD ANFD THEY TURNED ME AWAY BECAUSE THE PROBLEM WAS THE ABILITY TO FIND THE PAGE FROM WHICH I COULD MAKE OR RECEIVE A CALL. I DIDN’T UNDERSTAND SO I WENT TO AN APPLE STORE ABOUT AN HOURS DRIVE A WAY. IT COST ME $60 EACH WAY IN A CAB. I AM UNABLE TO DRIVE. APPLE CARE ASKED ME TO SEND THE PHONE TO A REPAIR PLACE WHICH I DID. IT CAME BACK NOT FIXED! THIS IS ALL HAPPENING DURING THE FIRST YEAR WARRANTEE. BEST BUY ADVERTISES THAT IF IT CAN’T BE FIXED THEY WOULD REPLACE IT. NONE OF THEIR PROMISED PRIOR TO THE SALE WERE HONORED. NONE!. I NOW HAVE A NON WORKING PHONE. ISN’T BEST BUY / GEEK SQUAD JUST GREAT. YOU CAN RELY ON THEM TO DROP THE BALL ALL OF THE TIME.
    NOW I NEED TO FIND MY ORDER AT BEST BUY TO PURCHASE A TV. I HAVE ALREADY TRIED BUT I CAN’T SEEM TO LOCATE IT. WELL IF A TRUCK SHOWS UP TRYING TO DELIVER IT, IT WILL GO BACK ON THE SAME TRUCK.
    I QUIT!. YOU GUYS ARE TOO TOUGH FOR ME. I GUESS I’LL GO OFF TO SOME ISLAND SOMEWHERE AND FIGURE OUT IF THERE IS A CUSTOMER SERVICE PROBLEM THAT FITS THE QUALIFICATIONS IMPOSED. I CAN’T THINK OF ANY.

I bought a tv at best buy and the volume wouldn’t work properly You would have to be 2 to 3 feet from it to hear it so I took it back within 30 days and the sales people at best buy played with the remote for over an hour and treated my wife and I like we were crooks before they finally agreed to exchange the tv. This will be my last dealing with best buy AKA worst buy

  4. We bought a Samsung fridge, stove and microwave less than 3 years ago. The stove is fine other than it scratches very easily when cleaning. The microwave is so cheaply made that it vibrates while cooking and makes a loud buzzing noise. It also scratched while cleaning in the first week we had it. Very cheaply made. The greatest disappointment is the fridge. After just a year, the large shelf on the right door fell and broke. I was sent the wrong part and then accused of giving wrong info. I had not. Samsung screwed up but great customer service policy; calling clients liars. That plastic part cost me $60 and I had to pay it TWICE even though it was your mistake. Since then, the ice maker stops making ice and drips all the time so now we have rust on the door. Yesterday, the handle to the freezer completely came off. We have a 15 year old fridge in the garage and neither of the handles have every broken. We spent over $2000 on your appliances and could not be more disappointed in their performance, especially the fridge.
