Our Experience

Safeway customer service can be contacted by phone. You can choose between English and Spanish. You can press 2 for promotions, 3 to update your Club Card or 4 for customer service. You will be asked to enter a Club Card number, phone number or contact ID. If you do not have any of these numbers you can hold on the line for the next customer service representative. Thomas answered the call about two minutes into the call.
