Customer Service Email

We noticed two email accounts customers can use to contact the customer service department. Instead of using the customer feedback form, we sent an email using the traditional email account. This way, we were not limited to what we would post. We asked several questions relating to the companies insurance policy. After sending our message, we received an immediate automated response stating the customer service department would respond to our concerns within 7 to 10 business days.

Our Experience

Contacting S & S moving was a bit challenging. When we called the number, someone answered the call, but the person was not associated with the customer service department. Instead of connecting our call to the appropriate department, the person asked if we could contact another office. We went through this process several times prior to speaking with a customer car agent. After the customer care agent answered the call, we asked several questions relating to pricing and guarantee of service. This information was not available on the website. Instead of addressing our concern, the agent asked us to send the company an email. This is not what customer service looks like.
