After the customer service agent answered the call, we asked several questions relating to the return policy and receiving damaged products. The customer service agent addressed our concerns and by the end of the call, answered our questions. The customer service department was exceptional.   1. Terrible customer service (“concierge”) call center experience. Representative was rude – said she couldn’t hear – and remedial.
    Placed on hold to check order status and was very forgetful. Had to repeat name 3 times and she repeated it once then on hold and asked name again!!! Lost the order. Will not attempt to do business with this site/company again!

    Weak! Be ware!

  2. This business has been charging me a monthly fee of $39 without my knowledge or consent. This matter will not be taken lightly and legal action will be taken if necessary.

  4. I am appalled that you sold me a fake Ippolita bracelet. It was advertised as 18K and in fact is not. I buy all the time from The Real Real and will never purchase anything from you again. I have also told all of my business associates and personal friends about this experience. Shame on you. There is little enough in this world that is authentic.   13. My return was received 5 days ago (I tracked it).and still hasn’t been processed. I never received an email about Ruelala even receiving my return. I will never order from Ruelala again. Get it together, your competitors have way better service.

  16. This site is a spam. Yes, you can buy different products but they always make you use your email address and a password, that password that you will create for your ru la la account is going to change the password in your email account!! Yes, crazy! I have no idea how they do it but by the time you use a password they will have not only your email address but a new password you are typing in their site so they will know your private information.

    All this sounds pretty ilegal to me. Not only that, when you buy their products they wont reply to you for a return. They will make you again sign in with your email address to steal your information again. That is stealing your private email and password.

    I have 2 returns no one has communicated with me to help me returning their bad quality products. Its all wrong.

  17. I had purchased something that was mismatched and needed to be returned. I had a packing slip but there seemed to be no paper trail. When I called customer service your agent Renny was able to work some kind of magic and discover that this item was ordered in partnership with Gilt. He then asked for a remedy to the mis match. I am very grateful to him for his ability to find his way through the confusion.
