Customer Service Email

We sent an email to the customer service department asking about the sizing chart posted on the website. We wanted to know if the chart was accurate. After sending our message, we received an immediate response, but the message was an automated message stating the customer service department would responds within 48 hours.

Our Experience

We called the customer service department and listened to the automated system. We attempted to bypass the system by pressing zero (0), but this did not work. After listening to the system, we pressed nine (9) in order to reach a live agent. We were placed on hold for approximately five (5) minutes before an agent answered the call. After the agent answered the call, we asked about the return policy relating to returning items received as gifts. The agent explained the policy in detail and ended the call.
