Our Experience

Calling the Restoration Hardware customer service department was a daunting task. When we called, we listed to the automated system. We attempted to press zero (0), attempting to reach the operator. This did nothing but caused the automated system to repeat. After listening to the options, we waited on hold and finally reached the customer service team. The wait time was more than five (5) minutes. When we were able to speak with a live agent, we asked several questions relating to the gift registry. The agent answered our questions and ended the call. The overall experience was not pleasurable. The customer service agent was rushed and not at all professional.
