Our Experience

When we called the customer service department, we were surprised when the customer service agent answered the call. There was no professionalism. The representative answered the call as if they were at their home. After the shock subsided, we asked several questions relating to the availability of products and services. Unfortunately, the customer service agent could not answer our questions and transferred our call to a supervisor. This customer experience was horrible.   2. I have an incredible product idea that is in a totally different segment than you usually do but need help so how to proceed in presenting the idea to you?

  3. I am having issues with my porkfolio; it no longer counts the money as it is entered. This feature was one of the main reasons why I bought the product. I tried to call customer service but it appears that that number is defunct.
