We asked the customer care department the hours of operation. We immediately received an automated response stating a representative would respond within 24 hours.

Our Experience

When customers contact QPay, you will encounter an automated system. Listen carefully to the options. There is no direct option connecting customers to the customer service department. We had to select nine (9) in order to reach a different department. When this particular department answers, the agent transferred the call to the customer service department. Unfortunately, we were waiting on hold for more than five (5) minutes. After the customer service agent answered the call, we inquired about mobile solutions for small businesses. The agent willingly assisted us with resolving our questions. By the end of the call, our concerns were addressed. The overall experience was mixed. The wait time was definitely a concern, but the knowledgeable employee compensated for the wait. Thoughts?
