The only email address listed on the website sent communication to the media relations team. We sent a message asking if there was an email address specifically for general customer concerns or questions. We received an automated response after approximately 48 hours stating the customer service would respond within 7 to 10 days.

Our Experience

Calling QEP Resources Inc was a challenge. We attempted to call and reached the voicemail several times. After the fifth attempt, we reached a live customer service agent. Throughout the call, we felt as if the level of professionalism was not what we have encountered. The customer care agent was not helpful, transferred the call several times and was borderline rude.
