When you call the hotline, you will immediately be placed on hold. Within one minute, you will hear an automated response system. If you need to reach a representative to discuss commissions, press two (2). If you need to track a purchase, press three (3). For product information, press four (4). All other concerns, press five (5). While on hold, you hear Ambassador testimonials. After the five minute mark, you will hear a message stating, “your call is important, please continue to hold”. We waited on hold for more than 25 minutes and never reached a live agent. Overall, the level of service was not acceptable. I received a letter stating that I owe 58.98 for a GRANDDAUGHTER ANGEL. I do remember ording one but have not received it as yet. I order it back in May around the 28th I sent off for it. My account#is 611613903. Please check into this. I sure don’t mind paying for something I get but not for something I didn’t receive. Thank you for checking into this. Linda Martin
