Plantronics customer service line is automated. You can press 1 for purchases, 2 for product help, 3 for distributors, 4 for business/government partners, 0 for other options. When we pressed 0 our call was immediately answered by a customer service agent. The agent walked us through the call center headset equipment available from the company and even offered to connect us with a sales specialist to work out the price for a small order of just 100 headsets. Our agent was friendly and when we refused to speak with the sales agent she didn’t press.

With my Plantronics Legend Headset paired and connected to my Samsung s8+, I hear “answer or ignore” through my headset ,which is NEW, and my phone broadcasts the caller contact information. Before I bought this new Headset, when I had my older Plantronics Legend and it was on and connected, I would receive my call info through the headset ONLY and the Speaker on the phone did not send out name and phone number. How am I able to have info only through my Bluetooth when I have it connected and turned on and placed on my ear? PLEASE RESPOND!!!!!!! My Samsung s8+ is through my same carrier – VERIZON!!!!
I sent an email July 31 to inquire as to the whereabouts of my headphones.
I sent in a bluetooth pair of Blue Backbeat for a minor repair approx 8 weeks ago.
The response that I received from tech support was as if no one even read my email.to begin with.
