When we pressed 0 our call was immediately answered by a customer service agent. The agent walked us through the call center headset equipment available from the company and even offered to connect us with a sales specialist to work out the price for a small order of just 100 headsets. Our agent was friendly and when we refused to speak with the sales agent she didn’t press.
