There are two ways to contact Pioneer customer service by email. The first is to visit the Contact Us page and use the form shown there. The form requires some basic information like name, address, contact phone number and email address. This is a bit more information than we expected Pioneer to request. We contacted the customer service department using the first email form. We’ve asked if the custom installers work for Pioneer or an outside contracting company. We’ll update you when we receive a response.
When you call Pioneer customer service you’ll have to choose between two options to start your call. Press 1 for parts and service or 2 for customer service. Another list of options will start. If you press 0 the list will just restart. There are no customer service options to speak with a representative in the list. If you don’t make a selection, the call will be ended. If you press 0 more than once, the call will be ended.
