Our Experience

Patagonia’s customer service line is open on weekends, so we called to see how fast we could get through to an agent. There are no automated options to navigate. When you call the Patagonia phone number you are directed immediately to a customer service agent. Our agent answered simple product questions with no trouble at all. She was friendly and patient when we chose to ask multiple questions about the same product.
