I placed an online order at 739p with a pick up time of 825pm, at 823p I received a call from an employee stating they were closed and wouldnt be filling my order as they were closing at 830p for a Secret Santa party. When I asked about a refund, she told me Id have to do that myself. I said No, you arent filling my order, you need to refund my card, she then put me on hold, came back stating I would need to contact the store tomorrow. Again I said No, that isnt acceptable Id like to speak to a manager. Your employee put me on hold for several minutes then hung up on me.
I,as well as several of my coworkers had placed online orders, we are members of the Tucson Fire Dept and Tucson Police and already had a food runner in the parking lot of your facility. AND ONLY 2 OF WERE EVEN CALLED ABOUT THIS MESS!!!!!!As Emergency dispatchers we are super busy all through the night, really takes a great amount of work to be able to even get the resources together for a food run, and to receive this kind of service from your company is completely unacceptable!!!
