Our Experience

Pacsun.com customer service is controlled by an automated system. You can press 1 to place an order, 2 to inquire about an order, 3 for a store experience, 4 for website issues or 5 for customer service. We pressed 5 to speak with a customer service representative. After a long message about a customer service survey at the end of the call, Sheri answered. Sheri spoke with a strong accent that made it extremely difficult to understand her responses to our questions. We tried called back and the customer service representative on the second call had an accent, but not as strong as the first representative.
