Our Experience
We gave the Ask Oncor customer service a question hotline a call. The call was answered by an automated system offering more than question support. You can press 3 to skip the options and speak with a representative. The call was answered in less than one minute by Kim, an Oncor customer service representative who answered all the questions we had about Oncor service and how to choose the best provider.

We have 10% of power left on a mobile device to receive messages from you. How will we be able to receive messages with no way to charge our devices?!?!? This is NOT acceptable!!! We are 73 years old!
The Victors
Our power was out for 26 hours and 15 minutes. We want to know what caused the outage. We have never lived in a place where our electricity had gone out as often as it does in Tyler!!! A few years ago it was out for four days!!! That is unacceptable! You text updates, but when there is no electricity to charge devices the messages cannot be received! New neighborhoods are goin in all around us. Do you not anticipate that more power sources should be installed to handle the crease in residences and businesses? Just asking for answers. Thank you!
