Our Experience

The NStar customer service center is an automated, voice-activated system. We pressed 0 when the voice asked to speak a request. We pressed 0 a second time and the call was transferred to a customer service agent who picked up the call before it could be placed on hold. The time it took to reach an agent was less than 1:30. Our call was accidently disconnected by the representative so we called back. The second time we waited on hold for more than three minutes to reach a representative – so wait times will vary widely.
