Our Experience
When you contact to the customer service department, you will need to listen to the automated system. There are two ways to connect with a live agent, press one (1) to reach a live agent dealing with Norton Antivirus customer concerns. The other way is to press zero (0). This directs the call to the operator. We pressed one (1) and the call rang to the customer service department. We were waiting on hold for more than five (5) minutes. After our lengthy wait, we reached the customer service department. Our questioning centered on licensing for personal use. The agent addressed our concern and by the end of the call, resolved our questions. Even thought the initial part of the call was concerning, we have to say the experience was better than expected. There were several forums online stating the customer service department rarely answers customer calls. When you connected with the Norton Antivirus customer support team, what was the outcome? I have tried all afternoon to contact someone about a serious complaint. I have reached only those who speak little English and do not handle complaints. My last number was the Corporate Office that seemed to indicate that the only option available to me was a fax number. Three times I have had a virus on my notebook…I call Norton provider representative who clean virus, but I continued to have an additional two more and choose to go to local computer operator. In addition I have paid annual without being notified that as a Comcast client I would not have to pa

Ik heb onlangs een Norton antivirus gekocht, voor 5 toestellen. Ik heb hem eerst op mijn pc geinstalleerd, en nu wil ik hem installeren op de pc van mijn dochter, maar krijg altijd maar de melding, sleutel onjuist. En nochtans is het een voor 5 toestellen. Wat moet ik daarmee doen ???
