Noom is a customizable, personalized weight-loss program based on the impact of psychology on weight. Via small, healthy lifestyle changes, users learn how to eat, what to eat, and how to tackle weight-loss pitfalls without allowing them to negate your success. According to Noom, “we believe the best way to attract people to a healthier lifestyle is to develop products that make that lifestyle more enjoyable.” The company, founded in 2008, has changed the way men and women approach weight loss through human coaching, one-on-one support, and a unique 10-minute a day process that makes success reachable.
During 2019 alone, Noom received eight industry awards from the likes of Inc. 500, Glassdoor, Best Workplaces for Diversity, and Fortune Magazine.

There are no contact numbers to reach Noom customer service, but you do have direct contact with your Noom coach, who can help you with various issues, including some pertaining to your subscription.
We did find a phone number for customer service on the Better Business Bureau website, which we called to verify. The number to reach customer service is 800-910-7375.

We were able to locate two customer service email addresses for Noom. Email is the primary source of contact.
The main means of contacting a Noom customer service representative is to visit the FAQs and Support section of the website. There you will find answers to the most commonly asked questions. If you need further assistance, you can fill out the contact form at https://web.noom.com/support/, and a representative will contact you at the provided email address.
Remember, you can also contact your coach for some customer service questions and inquiries. After filling in the contact form, you are reminded that some questions can be answered by logging into your account at account.noom.com.
We sent a contact email to the support department for Noom inquiring about possible savings when buying Noom for an entire year rather than paying a monthly fee. Within a day, we were contacted back by a representative explaining that an 8-month program can be billed as one monthly payment after the initial trial is complete. There is no commitment to the program, and you can cancel at any time. We were reminded that once the 8-month program is paid in full, there are no refunds.
