Contacting Nike Customer Service Center

Nike is a huge company that started out selling shoes, but that business lead to a major, world-renowned label that sells every piece of apparel you could imagine. The big turn came with Nike recruited Michael Jordan, a huge basketball star. At the time, Jordan wasn’t the superstar he was at the end of his career, but Nike saw promise and that promise lead to a line of shoes and apparel that changed the face and future of the company.

This form allows any customer to contact the company, with or without a previous order or account of any kind. Make sure you include a current, valid email address or you won’t receive a response. When you submit your email to Nike customer service you will receive a reference number. You can use this number when you call customer service so the agent can read through the communication on file.

Our Experience

The Nike customer service line is automated and pressing doesn’t necessarily speed up the call. To make it through the system faster press 4 then 3 and the call will be transferred to an agent immediately. You have to wait to press 4 until the agent gives you that option. There is a wait time for a customer service agent, but that time was less than one minute when we called. The agent talked with us about clearance sales and available sizes. Stores do not have to honor the clearance prices listed online.

  1. I purchased two pair of Nike shoes: Air Pegasus +28 and the Dart IX . These shoes are fantastic. It has been a while since I have been this happy with any shoe puchase. Just would like to say thank you.

  2. I have wide feet and for years I have not been able to wear Nike tennis shoes because they were never wide enough for me. A few years back I discovered the Nike Air Pegasus 28 shoe and was absolutely thrilled that they were wide enough. Those shoes are hands down the most comfortable tennis shoes I have ever worn( I am a PE teacher in my 50’s, so I have worn a lot of tennis shoes.). I currently have 7 pairs of the Air Pegasus shoes from the +28. – +30. I have to say that when I tried on the new +31 shoe, I was disappointed in the width of the shoe and the comfort level. Please tell the people making design decisions to return to the +28 and 29 design as those were the best ever. I will not be buying the +31 shoes.

  3. What’s the matter, Phil Knight can’t buy a national championship for his 300 million dollar donations ? He had better toss a billion to the ducks and buy them some more of those flashy circus suits…… all flash and no class.

  4. To whom it may concern:

I am an avid shoe buyer and I love the Nikes Women’s FS lite 2 run running shoe. BUT….I find the mesh on the side of the toes only last for about 2-3 months. I know running shoes do not last that long of a period. But being an avid Nike customer I find this a little disappointing. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this shoe and will continue to purchase it due to its light weight and comfort…but if you could PLEASE figure out something to make the toe area more long lasting it would be greatly appreciated.

  5. I REALLY DONT HAVE A QUESTION MORE OF EXPIERNECE I HAD WITH YOUT COMPANYS CUSTOMER SRVICE I RECENTLY RETURNED A ITEM WHERE 2 DIFFERENT CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS ADVIS I WILL GET MY CREDIT AFTER 14 DAYS I DECIDED TO CALL AND EXPRESS THE SIATION AFTER SPEAKING WITH THE REP AND SHOWING NO URENCY IN HELPING ME WITH MY ISSUE HE PUT ME ON HOLD FOR 30 MINS STRAIGHT WITH OUT EVER CHECKING ON ME CAUSING ME TO FEEL DEVAULED AS A CUSTOMER I ADVISE TE REP TO GIVE MEHIS NAME CAUSE I WANTEDTO LET YOUR COMPANY WHAT TYPE OF PERSON YOU HAVE WORKING FOR NIKE HIS NAME ERIK AT THE PHONEIX ARIXZONA CALL CENTER I ASK ERIC TO SPEAK WITH HIS SUPERVISOR VANESSA HE DECIDED TO HANG UP THE PHONEON ME I CALLED BACK AND GOT THE SAME LOCATION SPOKE WITH VANESSA ALL I WANT I SSOMEONE TO PULL THIS CALL AND LISTEN TO THIS REP TREAT ME LIKE GARBAGE WHICH IS DIGUSTING FOR A BRAND LIKE NIKE IN WHICH I PURCHASE FROM CONSISTANLY

  6. I am not happy I did not get my order I payed good money for and you and your people just keep giving me the run a round I just would like my order and some one to talk to me please

  7. Less than 3 months after purchasing a pair of your shoes I had to put Dr Scholls in the shoes because the soles had weaked and collapsed (like something I’d buy at Walmart ).
I was so very disappointed, I have worn Nike for years, it’s like these were a badly designed shoe style or much worse quality than normal. Please make sure you continue to provide an excellent quality product, something yourknown for. Thanx jan

  8. Hello, I heard your company just recently gave away a new pair of Jordan 12’s away and was wondering if you could send me a free pair as well. I was just recently diagnosed with heart failure and it is not looking good…. Growing up I have always bought Nike products ever since I was young. Unfortunately I was never able to afford Jordan’s before growing up with 5 brother and 3 sisters, we had to share shoes and prob never will be able to afford them either.
I live At 4 waterview court, Marlton nj, 08053. If there is anything you guys can do for me that would be great. Not sure how much time I have left on earth but I will always have Nike in my heart…….

  9. Really disappointed with Nike device support. Bought a GPS watch, not inexpensive, and used it for a couple years. Last week it no longer connects to my computer or any other USB port. I read where there is a problem with the robustness of the ribbon cable the runs through the wristband to the battery. I called support, and their response. “We don’t repair those watches”. My only option is to throw it away and buy another. Not likely to happen ever again if that is all they can offer. I’ll go with Garmin or TomTom. Really poor customer support.

  10. The site address you provide in the Customer Service paragraph no longer works, it redirects to a generic contact page with no email contact info. On the Nike site they apparently do not have any email contact info, anywhere. Bastards. Why should I bother with a company that provides no email support? That pisses me off. I don’t live in the US, I don’t even live in a “first world” country, and this country has no Nike distributor (the distributor is in another country). So I am not going to make an international call to be put on hold for gawd knows how long. And the Nike store people here do not know what “customer first” or “customer support” mean. Those are foreign concepts here. My Nike shoes are broken in only 8 months, completely broken across the bottom, and I see no way to get any satisfaction from Nike. 🙁

  11. Seen where you support NFL players , disrespect our country that my daddy fought for , so let me start supporting companies with little more common sense, I have Nike shoes, Nike golf drivers Nike golf ball, Nike clothes, let’s say I did have them, will never buy your products again, and thanks for your support for this country.

  12. I’m taking a knee on Nike and it’s products.BLM is a racist movement against whites.I will not finance my own demise by supporting the NFL ,NBA that are subsidized to the tune of 800m a year for them to smack me in the face.I can live without sports.

  13. If you support the goons who take a knee, thereby denigrating America, our flag, our troops, and our anthem, then I have no more use for you and will stop purchasing your products. Come to your senses. Support of these African-Americans will ruin you in the same way that they are creating utter chaos in this great country. Think about it. Is it worth it???????????????????

  14. This is the second year I’ve bought black Nike socks for my son. When he walks in the house on the carpet, immediately, the socks shred, leaving link balls all over. Even when I wash and dry them. Last year’s pairs are actually worn and faded. What material are these made of, and where are they made?

  15. Have tried to get another of my excellent and preferred Nike pants, but have no being able to find it. Pants were made in Vietnam and the number (hard to see) is:
NME920220 KI4. Please advise if available.

    Thanks,
    German

  16. really? did i read this correctly? Colin K. is going to be the face of your new ad campaign? did i really see that? are you guys THAT foolish?

i nor my family, will NEVER, NEVER purchase another Nike product again as long as i live. and we used to buy a TON of nike stuff. good luck.

  17. With the Karpernick endorsement, you are sadly losing a life long Nike customer. I am sure you will lose many more than you will gain from this. Very disappointed

  18. Just found out that Nike is putting Kaepernick in a “Just do it”. What a slap in the face to patriotic Americans. My new slogan when seeing a Nike product is “Just walk on by”.

  19. Just read about Niki making Kaepernick their face for Just Do It. It is a shame that Niki wants to support an individual that does not respect our flag, or what our flag represents. It does not represent any color or race. All men of all color and race died representing our country and our flag. That flag was taken into every battle our troops fought in. People have the right to speak for what they believe but Kaepernick should speak on his own time and way, not on the football field, especially since it produced him a way of life most of us do not have the opportunity to have.

  20. I understand that you are supporting Colin Kaperernick with new products and support for his cause. That is fine, as I will no longer purchase Nike products, nor will I purchase Nike products for my 3 teenage boys. As a retired veteran what you have done is a slap in my face. I will find another company to purchase our sporting needs.

  21. Since the company decided to employ Kapernick we will burn our NIKE sneakers and never purchase from your brands. How dare you disrespect our flag. You decided to get political. Good bye. We are encouraging all our family and friends to boycott your brands.

  22. I think Nike’s stand against what America stands for is a disgrace and Mr.Parker should be ashamed of himself! To disrespect our flag and all veterans of this country have sacrificed is an outrage!!! Mr. Parker, our veterans fought for your freedom to live in a country where you can make money and have a business!!!! We don’t care about your political views. I hope you know you have offended all Americans and we all have a choice when we purchase shoes. It definitely won’t be Nike brands!!! You and your company will certainly pay a price for your offensive behavior!!! Maybe you should move your company to another country where your loyalty lies!!! SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  23. I am appalled by your endorsement of a maverick that should not be honored!!! To take a stand against our flag and great veterans that have sacrificed to make this country great is a disgrace on your part! You have benefited from their commitment to our freedom but apparently means nothing to you, Mr. Parker!!! Needless to say, many Americans will not be buying Nike products in the future. You have a right to your political views but forcing them on others is very offensive and un-American!!! Shame on you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  24. I am disappointed in the decision of Nike to disrespect our American Flag by representing Kolin ! No more Nike for myself nor my family !

  25. I will never buy anything from Nike. For you all to allow that anti-American pathetic Loser who kneels during the National Anthem to represent your company is a huge insult. Just goes to show that Nike is a Liberal company and cares more about stupidity than it does our Country. You all can go Bankrupt fir all I care.

  26. Just wanted to drop you a note that I was in the market for some workout shoes this labor day weekend. The last pair I had were Nike and I was going to purchase another pair. However after seeing that your company has endorsed a plie of dung like Kaepernick. I will never buy any of your products EVER!!!. That is what I believe. Even if I were alone I’d send you this message. But I am NOT!. Enjoy chapter 11…. #NEVERNIKE – Richard Denny

  27. I have bought my last Nike product of any kind to put a slogan under Colin Kaepernick that was under Pat Tillman is a disgrace to this country. It wouldn’t even matter if you change now, I am done with you because I know how you feel about America.

  28. Nike announced it going to use Colin Kaepernick as their spokes person, I respect our flag and the 99.9% first responders and Military who do the job right to protect us everyday putting their lives on the line. I will never respect a guy who kneels during the national anthem and wears wears crossed out pigs on his socks. I ‘ve worn Nike products for over 40 years. If they go through with this I will never wear another pair of Nike shoes or any other Nike products and will them burn the ones I have so they can’t be donated worn again to further this disrespectful thought process.

  29. Nike announced it going to use Colin Kaepernick as their spokes person, I respect our flag and the 99.9% first responders who do the job right to protect us everyday putting their lives on the line, I will never respect a guy who kneels during the national anthem and wears wears crossed out pigs on his socks. I’ve worn Nike products for over 40 years. If they go through with this I will never wear another pair of Nike shoes or products, and burn the ones I have so they cannot be donated or ever worn again to further a corporation that so flagrantly disrespects our flag and those who protect us at home and abroad.

  30. I have owned and have worn nike sneakers all my life. I have an old pair and two brand new pairs. I won’t be wearing them ever. No more. Never again. What can your company be thinking? Are they thinking? If they are, it is impossible to figure out what they could possibly thinking in regards to this latest advertising. I’m just one person, so I’m no big deal to you. But, for me, I standing up to your incredibly irresponsible advertising. I’m making a stand, and I’m saying no to you and your message. Again, I’m just one person and what I do or do not do isn’t going to have much of an effect on your company. What happened to you and your company? Have you gotten so large that you’ve forgotten your roots and how you got to where you are today? I sad that I won’t be wearing my nikes’ and that I won’t be buying any of your products in the future. I consider your products to be vastly superior to other companies, but I’m making a stand. I am saying no to nike. Period.

Also, I am a very proud veteran of the United States Army and I have many friends who are also proud veterans. We stand united. No more nikes’ for us. Never again.

  31. Nike has lost its mind and will lose a LOT of customers, also, with its new Colin Kaepernick ad campaign. Have you people gone completely crazy?!?!?!?!?! I have bought my LAST Mike product. Bet on it. Morons.

  32. I see where Nike defended putting Colin Kaepernick in their ad campaign calling him “one of the inspirational athletes of his generation”and you were right because this has inspired me to stop buying Nike products and take my business somewhere else.

  33. I will not by any more Nike products forever. No need for me to say why because
I know you know why without me having to state the reason. You have alienated and slapped the face of at least 1/2 of the American populace.

  34. I’m DONE // your “choice” in representing your gear. Must be serious though, as stock market indicated a nice decline. Surely someone is being “grilled” over this “blunder”…. Last year I refused to watch NFL-now I’ll not wear any NIKE period.

  35. I will not purchase any Nike product with Kaepernick as your front man. You really should reflect if you are supporting sports and sportsmanship or if you would rather get into social justice and politics.

  36. Please be informed that I threw away 5 pares of Nike shoes. I will not be seen in a pair of your product after using the traitor Kaepernick.

  37. Thank you Nike for supporting Colin Kaepernick. From retired miniority female business professional.
I am already a Nike customer – now a Nike customer for life and a Nike gift giver.
Nike – you have a spine, McCain would be proud of you.

  38. How stupid are you? I own Nike shoes forever. I just threw every pair out. Why in the world would you do something so divisive with Kapernick?? He is a spoiled idiot and you just lost a customer for life!!! Shame on you. What next?…burn the American Flag??

  39. What is wrong with you Nike supporting Colin Kaepernick in Nike advertising.
He does not stand for America or for all the people who gave their lives for this country to make it free!
All Kaepernick wants is to be paid BIG money to play football he doen’t care about anything that is going on in America or around the world! Wake Up!
I will never support Nike as long as they support this loser!
    Dean John Schmidt

  40. NIKE should be put out of business for hiring Kaepernick to represent them.
SHAME ON NIKE. He is a loser (who didn’t even vote in the last election) who will not stand for our national anthem. He should be kicked out of this country.

  41. Colin Kaepernick is spoiled brat born again black kid who NEVER suffered bigotry due to his race. He was raised in a white privilege household, got a scholarship to college, pulled down a salary of hundreds of millions of dollars while being a lousy quarterback. He was not signed because he is a horrible football player, a spoiled brat, completely unpatriotic, and NOT a team player. WHY would you choose him to be to be the poster child for your products? Include me with the millions of proud Americans who will no longer purchase your products or watch events that you sponser. You are all unamerican and make this country a better place by LEAVING!

  42. I never owned a pair of Nike’s and probably will never be able to but I commend you on your your support for athletes and the bold statement your actions reflect.

  43. I understand Nike has the right to make business decisions concerning their company. I also have that right concerning what products I purchase. I can in no way support a company that would make a hero out of Colin Kapernick. He had no concern about social injustice until he lost his starting position. Even then he chose the route to express this by using the very difficult “taking a knee” not donating money or volunteering services. In this process offending every American!

My birthday was this week and I received four Nike products as gifts. I returned them all. I wish I could say that I burned all my other Nike products, but I can’t afford that, so I covered the logo with tape. However, I have bought my last Nike product.

  44. I am so very disappointed that you have chosen to dishonor our National Anthem, our flag and the many of our armed forces who have made the ultimate sacrifice by adding your support to Colin Kaepernick and those like him who have chosen to dishonor this Country. There is a time and place for everything but their (and your) chosen way is neither.

I am glad you are taking a “calculated risk” and know exactly what your are doing in this matter and I know there are those out there who know nothing about this country that support you. But count me out and rest assured anything I can do to hinder your bottom line, I will do.

  45. I TAKE A KNEE, JUST AS YOUR NEW REP DOES. COLIN AGAINST A FICTICIOUS FOE DEGRADING HIS GREAT COUNTRY ON HIS ELEVATED PLATFORM AND ME A SIMPLE SMALL PLAYER (FOOTBALL FAN AND ATHLETIC SHOE PURCHASER). BUT REACTOR TO LEFTIST UNPATRIOTIC SIMPLE MINDED SELF SERVING HAS BEEN ATHELETE AND NOW ATHLETIC SHOE AND APPAREL COMPANY ALIKE . YOU COLLECTIVELY KNEEL AGAINST OUR COUNTRY-IKNEEL AGAINST YOUR COMPANY. NOT THAT YOU CARE BUT I NOW REMOVE MYSELF FROM ANYTHING OR ANYONE NIKE IN ANYTHING I AM OR REPRESENT OR AM ANY PART OF. EMBRACING CHANGE IS ALWAYS A CHALLENGE AND SCARY. EMBRACING A FAILING FRAUD FOR CURRENT MEDIA AND LEFTIST ATTENTION SIMPLY TO REMAIN IN THE LIMELIGHT IN LACK OF TALENT AND FAILURE TO SUCCEED AGAINST THE COMPETITION IS………. WELL ITS PERFECTLY NIKE!!!!!!!!!! IM 53 YEARS OLD AND NEVER BOUGHT ANY SHOE OTHER THAN NIKE THAT STOPS TODAY NEVER AGAIN I HAVE LIVED IN THE USA FOR ALL THOSE 53 YEARS AND ALTHOUGH I AM DISGRUNTLED AT TIMES WITH THE CURRENT LEADERSHIP AND ENFORCEMENT-I LIKE MANY MILLIONS OF AMERICANS HOLD THE FLAG THE SERVICE AND SACRIFICE OF THOSE MEN AND WOMEN FOR THIS COUNTRY AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL ALBEIT IMPERFECT AT TIMES IT IS MY COUNTRY, MY FAMILY, MY PEOPLE AND IF COLIN WOULD WISH TO BE ON THE FRONT LINES CONFRONTING THE RAPIST, ROBBERS, CAR THIEFS, MURDERERS, ETC. IM SURE THERE IS AN OPENING IN HIS HOME TOWN FOR A TEAM PLAYER LIKE HIMSELF MAYBE HE CAN BE A QUARTERBACK IN HIS LOCAL POLICE FORCE PROTECTING HIS NEIGHBORHOOD FAMILY AND FRIENDS FROM THE PEOPLE HE SO DISREPECTFULLY DEFENDS AT THE EXPENSE OF OUR GREAT COUNTRYS FLAG AND THOSE WHO FIGHT FOR IT

  46. I am returning my shoes to Academy and will never buy your product again. You made a really STUPID decision to allienate 58% of the population with your political add.

  47. so now the face of nike is a racist white hating cop hater? yeah, that makes nike a racist white hating cop hater 2…great choice 4 a role model…there r those who truly sacrifice their lives every day I.E. cops, military, etc…kapernick isnt 1 of them…get woke

  48. I regret your decision in supporting Colin Kaepernick financially! I will no longer purchase Nike products as long as he represents your company! There are many means which he could voice his opinion rather than not standing for our flag. When I see armed force disabled veterans get from their wheelchairs and stand on nubs where legs use to be honoring our flag; and he an over paid, healthy, spoiled athletic not respecting their sacrifice it disgusts me. Now that you are publicly reinforcing his actions I will no longer buy your products. God Bless America and God Bless Under Armour

  49. I am disgusted by your latest ad campaign with Colin Kaepernick. I have been a Nike customer for the last 35 years, and have been buying Nike shoes for my sons as well as myself. But now that you have chosen to put an anti-police message out there as the face of your company, I WILL NEVER BUY NIKE AGAIN AND I AM ACTIVELY LOOKING TO SUPPORT A BOYCOTT AGAINST NIKE. THE POLICE IN THIS COUNTRY ARE THE MOST PROFESSIONAL IN THE WORLD AND DESERVE OUR RESPECT AND SUPPORT. SHAME ON NIKE.

  50. Nike, what have you done? How can you promote Colin Kaepernick and others who praise Cuba’s educational system, denigrate our country, and make fun of our men in blue? Have you forgotten the socks Colin wore depicting pigs as police. I bet those socks look great with your shoes, huh? Just when I was going to go out and buy new athletic shoes, you make a stupid move like this. I am now boycotting Nike.

  51. Due to your recent Political “Just do it” ad regarding the NFL quarterback Colin Kaepernick controversy, It seems that Nike is fine with some disrespecting the U.S. Military, Our police, and the American Flag. As a result, I can no longer purchase any Nike products or any products associated with Nike. I feel my money would be best spent elsewhere!!

  52. I served 6 years in the USA army in 1964. I and millions of other veterans served and gave their life for our country and FLAG. On September 3 2018 you appointed Colin Kaepernick as representative of your company.
This is a person who will not stand up for our great flag. His politics should be kept off the football field. My self and all vets will not purchase your products. How about all the Republicans, you lost them too. What a stupid move on the Nike corp.
Just watch your stock price over the next several quarters. You Lost my business for life.

  53. Well yes, you have lost another customer. Like most of corporate America you have lost touch with your base. You have no idea what sacrifice is. I will never buy another Nike anything. BOYCOTT !!!!!

  54. We will not be purchasing ANY Nike products ever again, & will remove or ink over the Nike labels on the many, many Nike Products we already own. Your definition of a hero is very distorted, how about our incredible Anerican Military heros. You’ve made one big, bad mistake ! Stocks will sold too.

  55. This is in regard to your Support for Colin Kaepernick who disrespects the American flag.
I will no longer purchase any Nike products to accompany who supports a person who lives here ,is a citizen ,and kneels to our flag. Shame on him and you.We are appalled at your action.

  56. Oppps Nike, I think you sacrificed way too much. Got our grandsons team to switch brands to Under Armour for their softball uniforms by a overwhelmingly 90% vote. Opps , many, many people not fond of your spokesperson and your arrogance that it’s just a small decrease in sales, opps, too bad.

  57. I am so upset with your new ad Champaign! I no longer will buy any Nike product. There are many other companies that offer similar products and are not Anti-American. What a stupid idea you advertising people came up with.

  58. It is deplorable that Nike has selected Colin Kaepernick as a advertising spokesperson for Nike. Mr. Kaepernick has disrespected our flag and everything it stands for. Mr. Kaepernick has sacrificed nothing to understand what service men the work over have sacrificed. Many, giving their lives for our freedom that we all enjoy. I will not be buying any Nike products as long as Colin is acting as a representative for Nike.

  59. do you remember the name Todd Beamer? You should as you launch your Kaepernick Nike Campaign about Sacrificing everything Let me remind you what everything is. Todd Beamer was the guy on 9/11 that was on United 98 when he and others sacrificed everything to overthrow Terrorists and ensure that plane crashed in an empty field. They are the true definition of HEROIC and SACRIFICE. Tell me what has Kaepernick truly lost? What has he sacrificed? He lives a lifestyle few can attain has more money than most and is still making Million being a Martyr that never sacrificed anything. Todd Beamer known for saying. “Let’s Roll.” sacrificed everything, perhaps he should be the face of this particular campaign especially considering the time of year it is launched in. Maybe you all need to redefine what sacrifice is to you or what everything is as well because for Tom Beamer and others who aided him they knew.

  60. I’m writing to tell that Nike athlete shoes are always my go to. Out of the 4 pairs 2 are Nikes and wore them first. One other brand new brand I haven’t wore because your brand fits the best. No longer will I wear your brand because of who you choose to affiliate with as a spokesman. You could have chosen a true hero but chose a spoiled brat. His claims have been debunked over and over. In a time of total lack of respect for authority we need someone who shows respect to authority. What has he truly done to help? But you chose to spit in the faces of millions of Americans. So I chose to bag up my Nikes and never wear your brand again. You made your choice and I’ve made mine. Thank you.

  61. Thank you , because of your social bias I have found another shoe brand. I had only been purchasing your shoes for the last 30 years. Now my family has switched to ASICS. I never would have tried them, and honestly it’s a better shoe.

  62. I thought you should be made aware of the product that I received from Amazon with your name on it. I purchased a Youth Cowboy Jersey with a Prescott patch on back.
This is so poorly stitched that I am afraid it will fray when washed .It is not a good representation of your company It is the only jersey my grandson asked for Christmas, so I feel I should keep it. You did not sell the white with blue. This was by a 3rd party seller which I will never do again. It came straight from China and took 20 days.
