This form allows any customer to contact the company, with or without a previous order or account of any kind. Make sure you include a current, valid email address or you won’t receive a response. When you submit your email to Nike customer service you will receive a reference number. You can use this number when you call customer service so the agent can read through the communication on file.
The Nike customer service line is automated and pressing doesn’t necessarily speed up the call. To make it through the system faster press 4 then 3 and the call will be transferred to an agent immediately. You have to wait to press 4 until the agent gives you that option. There is a wait time for a customer service agent, but that time was less than one minute when we called. The agent talked with us about clearance sales and available sizes. Stores do not have to honor the clearance prices listed online.
