If you are currently a Nationwide customer, contacting the customer service department is a breeze. We can’t say he same thing for non-customers. Existing customers simply enter their policy number and are connected with an agent, while non-customers are placed on hold. As a non-customer we waited in excess of 10 minutes before a live agent answered our call. After they answered, we inquired about payment plans associated with customers having financial hardships.
The agent explained the company has programs in place so customers do not interrupt coverage. The company can adjust payments so customers pay multiple times during the year, instead of annually. my wife and I both switched to Nationwide Flex Accounts as our main current accounts, duly recommended a friend. NOTHING. Why? Have we not carried out the right procedure or are we not entitled to reward?
