Customers visiting the MPA website have access to the products and services provided by the company. You have the ability to read the corporate blog, highlighting relevant tech news and information, as well as make an appointment to hear from a trained professional. Aside from the information, the website offers little else. In order to see the full spectrum of services, customers need to reach out to the customer service department or schedule an appointment.

Social Media

MPA is not as social as one would think. We only found the Facebook page online. There was a section dedicated to customer comments, but we did not see engagement from the customer service department. This is concerning considering MPA provides a service.

We sent a message to the customer service department asking about the pricing structure relating to remote services. This information is not available on the website. In fact, no pricing information is available. After sending our message, we received an automated response stating the customer service department would respond to our request within the next 48 hours.

Our Experience

Based upon the response time, the overall customer service experience was exceptional. We called the customer service department and reached a live agent in less than 90 seconds. After the representative answered the call, we asked questions relating to technical support. In particular, we wanted to know if the MPA offers 24-hour technical support. Unfortunately, the answer was no. Even though we did not receive the answer we were looking for, the answer was honest. The customer service team was great.
