Our Experience
When we called the hotline for Moviefone, we were directed to the corporate headquarters at AOL. After listening to the options, we made our selection and reached the customer service department. We waited for more than five (5) minutes. Once the agent answered the call, we discussed the inclusion of service charges and fees associated with the service. The agent explained that local and state taxes apply. We liked that the agent was thorough, but the wait time was unacceptable. Was your customer service experience any better? We would love to hear from customers just like you. Take a moment to share your thoughts with us in the comment section.
I don’t know whose bright idea it was to change the layout of your moviefone. It has gone from bad to worse in the past couple of months. It is very user unfriendly. Navigating from current movies, movie theatres, and coming soon is exasperating. Why change a good thing and fix something that’s not broken? New people are hired at higher wages, promising to make big changes to improve things, often miss the mark only creating more bureaucracy. It may take a few more cycles of up coming geniuses for it to return to how it was.
Disappointed.
