Motorola customer service is available seven days a week. The general customer service line is voice activated. If you wait a short time you will be given options to choose using your phone keypad. After working through the automated system our call was placed on hold at 1:34 and answered at 1:51. Jamie immediately asked for our phone number. We told Jamie we did not currently own a Motorola device, but we wanted to learn more about various products before buying. Jamie told us the website was the best place to find current information on Motorola models.
