Our Experience
There is no doubt that the number one goal of Lululemon is customer service. When we reached out to the customer service department, we reached a live representative within a few minutes. To our delight, there was no automated system causing confusion. After we spoke to the customer service representative for several minutes, our questions and concerns were resolved. We have to note the customer service department was exceptional. They appeared to be knowledgeable about products and policy. The overall professionalism was exceptional.
