Lowrance customer service is available by phone, but the call was answered as Navico. You can press 4 to reach a member of the customer service team. If you have an incident number you can enter the number to access detailed information about your issue. After working through the automated list of options and choosing Lowrance as the product we were calling about we finally made it to hold. There we waited for a customer service representative for more than three minutes. We found out from the customer service representative that Lowrance is a Navico brand – thus the contact with Navico customer service.
I have bought 3 lowrance locator HDS 5X LMS522c and now HDI elite 5 and it came with out a face cover the other came with unit I would like to know why this didn’t .
Hello I installed a new HDS 12 Gen 3 with a Total Scan transducer. I went to the lake and the unit would not display the sonar and the point one GPS ( On a 2000 network) did not display. The unit did ready from the internal GPS. How do I set up the total scan with the unit? How do I connect the Point 1 ? Thank you Rob and Dan Snyder
It will not allow me to search for FAQs. It keeps coming up ERROR.
I installed a new HDS 12 Gen3 with a total Scan transducer. After turning it on, it kept flashing to the lower screen, “NOT VALID FOR USE IN THIS AREA”. I’m in the island of Guam, installed a C-Map for the areas of Karibati, Marshall Island and Marianas Island. The unit operates as it should with the flashing warning indicator continued to flash.
