We sent an email requesting an email address specifically for the customer service department. We anticipate a response within the next 48 hours.
The customer support line is easy to decipher. The automated system provided two options and then directed the call to a live representative. After a short wait of 2 minutes, we were speaking with a customer service representative. We asked if the company provided a location where customers can find out previously asked questions in order to eliminate wait times over the phone. The representative referred us to the Logitech forum page for additional answers to questions and concerns.

I tried to register my Logiteck webcam and after I fill out the required info and hit next and nothing happens. So try to get help and the tech wants me to pay $38 to get help registering your product. Duh
