Customers can either ask general questions, voice a complaint or voice a compliment. We sent an email asking where to make a purchase, other than online or a major retailer. The automated response merely stated someone will be in contact soon.

Contacting the customer support team at LEGO was a dream. We didn’t have to wait on hold or endure a confusing automated system. We called and were connected in less than 2 minutes. The representative was pleasant and answered our concern relating to catalog orders. We wanted to know how to return items out of warranty. The agent explained the process and gave us the contact information to the appropriate department which handles returns.
