Contacting LabCorp Customer Service Center
LabCorp is a specimen collection and processing company that works with doctors and employers for medical and drug testing. You must visit your doctor for a lab slip or lab order before visiting the LabCorp office. In some cases the doctor’s office will collect the specimen in office and deliver the specimen to LabCorp for testing. Some medical test results are available online after patient registration, but others are reported directly to the physician. The availability of online medical records may differ by state.Click here to leave a comment about your customer service experience.

LabCorp customer service is known for long wait times, so we decided to test it out. When the list of options started we pressed 0 to skip the options and speak with a representative, but that only restarted the list. After pressing 1 for patient, we were asked for an invoice number. Not all customers will have an invoice number when they call so we chose to wait to see if the call would be transferred. After asking three times, the call was finally transferred. We were placed on hold just after one minute and the customer service representative did not pick up the call until 3:37. Not the worst wait time in history, but certainly not the best.
