Customer Service Email
Go to http://www.thekrogerco.com/contact/contactus_form.htm in the event you want to contact the customer service department. The company recommends using the customer contact form for a specific department if the question or concern relates to a store experience. We contacted the corporate customer service department asking what is the fastest way to connect with the customer service department. The automated response received stated a representative would answer our concern shortly. We are still awaiting a response.
Customers can also contact the customer service department by using the customer contact form, through the Facebook page or the Twitter page.
Our Experience
Typically, calling a large corporation causes problems and confusion. This was not the case when we contact the customer service department. The customer care line features the typical automated system, but the difference was there was an option for customer service. We didn’t have to hold or arbitrarily press 0 in order to be connected.
After waiting less than 60 seconds, we connected with a representative. We asked for information on the rewards program. The agent explained the program, gave us the link on the website and even offered to send us information through the mail. Kroger definitely wants to win over customers. Our experience was great, but how was your experience? The comment section is below, share your thoughts with us.
I went to my local Kroger today to buy some fish for my family dinner..
The only thing available to me was catfish raised in the USA
I wanted roughy or tilapia both were products of china as a matter of fact, 95 percent of the fresh fish and a larger percentage of frozen were from china
I will not feed my dog anything made in china I certainly would not dream of feeding it to my family!!!
I had to go across the street to HEB to get my meal
I know it’s cheaper and its cheaper for a reason!!!
If this is the route Kroger is taking I will be forced to go elsewhere
I have been a customer at Kroger for 20 years and am outraged to discover Kroger peddling food for human consumption that is from china with little or no alternative to choose from.
I have not received the extra Kroger cards on my account I asked for. phone is 817-822-9050
Kroger customer for 17 years. Last several years, I’ve noticed many items that I used to buy at Kroger are no longer available and have been discontinued by kroger. Now I have to go somewhere else to buy those products. It’s only a matter of time before I stop shopping at kroger altogether.
This is probably not the right place to leave this comment – not that it would stop me. I have to say, had someone not had the foresight to organize and implement the pick up/delivery options for shoppers, this virus would have been multiplied beyond anything we could imagine. You are truly looking out for your customers and employees by offering these much needed, and probably live-saving services… I am grateful. Thank you all for your efforts –
I am a resident of the Whitehaven community in Memphis, TN 38116. I have a serious concern about the condition of the Kroger Store located at 1212 E Shelby Drive. As compared to the stores on Goodman Road in Southaven Mississippi, it is a 1 out of 10. The variety of available products is not like theirs, When lines are long, no extra checkout lines are opened, even when asked. There are many good points about the store. the vegetables are always fresh, the seafood department is clean and odor free. It is the customer service that I am most concerned about. Please follow up. And if possible consider some upgrades. We would prefer to keep the dollars we spend in Whitehaven
