Contact Customer Service

Contacting Customer Service Center is an online urban clothing store selling brands like LRG, Reason and Crooks and Castles. The company started in the basement of Greg Selkoe (his parents basement to be exact) with the idea that culture should be reflected in fashion and that too many people were being weighed down with mass-produced, culturally boring clothing and fashion. Through the downfall of many Internet websites and businesses, stood strong and eventually gained the international recognition and business the company need to expand and excel.

Our Experience

The customer service line is answered by an automated system. Press 1 for new orders, 2 for order status, 3 for returns and 4 for customer service. We pressed 4 and the call was placed on hold with some extremely loud music for around four minutes. The agent was friendly and helpful as we searched for sizing and availability, but when we told her we did not want to place an order she was not happy with our decision. She quickly asked if there was anything else we needed before disconnecting the call.
