Our Experience

The KarmaLoop.com customer service line is answered by an automated system. Press 1 for new orders, 2 for order status, 3 for returns and 4 for customer service. We pressed 4 and the call was placed on hold with some extremely loud music for around four minutes. The agent was friendly and helpful as we searched for sizing and availability, but when we told her we did not want to place an order she was not happy with our decision. She quickly asked if there was anything else we needed before disconnecting the call.
