There are Karhu street shoes and Karhu athletic shoes and it appears there is a link for each product line – though the customer can access all shoes and accessories from either link.

Karhu is a premier shoe company so we expected stellar customer service. The call was answered by a recorded message, but the voice carried a strong accent. We worried the customer service agent would have the same strong accent, but we were wrong. After pressing 1 for customer service – the first option given – the call was answered in less than one minute by a well-spoken customer service agent. The agent walked us through fit for two pairs of running shoes and offered advice on the best shoe based on our typical running surface.
