Our Experience

When we called the customer service department, there were two available options on the hotline. One was for residential customers and the other was for commercial customers. We selected the option, one (1), to reach the residential customer service department. After making the appropriate selection, the customer service agent answered the call. The wait time was less than 30 seconds. The customer service agent was professional and extremely helpful. Regardless of the questions, the customer service department was knowledgeable and answered our concerns. Our experience was great, but was your experience similar?   1. I am trying to continue my program with just energy. I have tried calling but was put on hold for a very long time. Still trying to let it be known that I want to stay with this program.

  4. I tried calling customer service and was told the wait was greater than 5 minutes. Then a recording came on. then the wait went to greater than 10 minutes. Then the recording came on again. Then the wait went to greater than 15 minutes. How can the wait take longer when you never hung up. After the 15 min wait I hung up.

    My contract ends 1/21/2018, I’m trying to notify Just Energy that I will not renew my contract. No one is available to take my message and I can’t find a contact us by email on the website. This review was the only opportunity.

    Made my monthly payment on line like I have been paying since I joined Just Energy in 2011, however this last payment I tried to pay on August 23,2018 was not taking it. After calling and trying to get through several times I finally spoke to a live person and explained my situation,I was told to check with my bank, which I did. My bank said there was no problem with my account that no request had been received for payment from Just Energy. Finally got through again to Just Energy and told them there was no problem with my Debit card, perhaps they ere having problems with their web site. So I went ahead and paid through my checking account and it went through with no problem. They said they would request Investigation to find out what caused that problem… they e-mailed me needing more information with their phone number to call them back on.
    Can not get through to ask what they need. Investigation # 29121353.
    Please someone contact me.

  8. Please let me know why my account has been changed to be charged $391.00 for supply instead of the $54.00 dollars for supply for my electric service. I did not cancel my Just Energy service. I did not know I needed to renew my Just Energy account. I was under the false impression it would automatically renew unless I cancelled it. Does this mean my gas supply will rise seven times too? Please let me know what I need to do to reduce this electric bill. We are elderly and on a fixed income – $391.00 from $120 and $130 a month is too much. I haven’t received my gas bill yet. Please contact me as soon as possible.
