Our Experience
Our overall experience connecting with the customer service department was good, until we attempted to call the customer service department. We posted messages on social media and received a response. We sent a message using the customer feedback form and received a response. When we called the customer service department, we waited more than 10 minutes. After our wait we asked the customer service department if this is the norm or an exception. The agent apologized and stated that customers calling tend to wait longer than attempting to reach out in other ways.
