Contacting the customer service department is quick and easy. We expected a lengthy wait, but instead, we were speaking to a customer service agent in less than 30 seconds. We asked for information relating to signing up for life insurance. The agent explained the necessary steps the company and the customer undergo prior to issuing a policy. The agent also provided the contact information for individuals to use after the policy is approved.

  1. I recently received a “notice of payment due” on my Policy # 127967. With VOYA. I would like to know what the cash surender value is currently.I have been paying on a yearly basis, and I don’t believe it would be to my advantage to continue this Life Ins at my age of 80 years.     I want to make a complain about Keona, the customer service. I can feel the strong discrimination from her. The phone call was made around 8 PM pst and was recorded. Please take it seriously and investigate it.
