Considering Hollister is one of the leading retailers of specialty merchandise, we expected better service. We called the hotline and waited on hold for more than five (5) minutes. After the agent answered the call, the agent was rude and not helpful. We asked to speak with another agent. This process took more than 10 minutes. After reaching the next agent, we asked several questions relating to the return policy. The agent addressed our concerns and ended the call. Our experience was not the best.
