We sent a message to the customer service department asking about the various ways to view the magazine and the pricing. We wanted to know if the digital copy costs more than the print copy. After sending your message, the customer service department will respond with an automated response.

We called the customer service hotline and encountered a lengthy automated response system. In order to bypass the system, you will need to press zero (0). After waiting approximately three (3) minutes, the agent answers the call. We asked several questions relating to the refund policy. The agent answered our questions and ended the call.
