We sent a message asking for additional information relating to the return policy. After sending our message, the customer service team replied with an answer. We received a response in less than 24 hours. This is not always the case. At times, the customer service team takes more than 48 hours to reply to your concerns.

We called the hotline and listened to the automated response system. If you need to check on the status of your existing order, press one (1). If you need to reach out to the customer service team, you will need to press two (2). After making our selection, we waited on hold for approximately two (2) minutes. When the agent answered our call, we asked several questions relating to the availability of products. The agent answered our concerns and ended the call.
