Finally, listed at the very bottom of the customer service page are the hours and phone numbers. Hours for the customer service department are from 7 AM to 9 PM Monday to Friday and 9:30 AM to 6 PM Saturday (CT).

We contacted Fossil customer service to see if watches could be customized for small wrists or if customers needed to have links removed by a jeweler.
We called Fossil customer service and an automated system picked up the call. There are no options to choose from unless you wish to connect with a Spanish-speaking representative. Our call was answered in less than 40 seconds by Naomi. Naomi was more than happy to give us the address where we could mail in our repairs from the US.
