We contacted Fossil customer service to see if watches could be customized for small wrists or if customers needed to have links removed by a jeweler.
We called Fossil customer service and an automated system picked up the call. There are no options to choose from unless you wish to connect with a Spanish-speaking representative. Our call was answered in less than 40 seconds by Naomi. Naomi was more than happy to give us the address where we could mail in our repairs from the US.
I was wondering if there was any way you guys could verify that my watch is actually being repaired and how long it will be?
I recieved a Christmas present this past holiday it was a purse. I had it only a month and noticed a big blue stain on it. I freaked out I right away went to the nearest fossil store to ask an employee if they had a cleaning service like the coach products. The employee laughed and said yeah no theirs not a thing we could do and it was my fault for wearing jeans that the purse rubbed on and that’s what happened. Well if that was the case how would I have known that just wearing Jeans would ruin my purse I would of returned it on an instant ! So I decided to call customer service and got a lovely person who apologized for me took my information and send if I had sent it back to the company and I would get the exact same purse back. Great! I was relieved. Until I didn’t receive an email with a reference number or an address to send my purse to. Being frustrated again I called customer service back to tell my story. This time the person over the phone told me their was no record of me calling or my information on file, and not only that but I was wrong with what I was told over the phone the first time I called that I would not be able to have warrenty unless their was an actual defect . She barely asked me my information only my email and I haven’t recieved an email again! She was rude and I feel pushed aside for a problem I had with my purse. I am instead taking my purse back to the store my friend had bought it from with or without store credit and I will no longer be a customer to fossil again !!!!!

I think I have had my Fossil watch about three years. This year it stopped working and I am beside myself. I have already sent an email with what I am looking for -an exact replacement for my watch. The number on my Fossil watch is ES3277. Another set of numbers is 251302. What I saw on the computer is what I believe to be this watch, but the band was blue. Can you help me? Thank you
