We waited on hold slightly less than two minutes before the agent answered the call. Our agent did not tell us her name, which was a little odd. We asked for the address of the nearest Forever 21 store and the agent was able to provide that information after taking our zip code. We also asked if we purchased items in another state if we could return them to a local store with the receipt and the agent said yes.

My name is Anna Björk Baldvinsdóttir and I’m from Iceland. I am interested
in putting up a Forever 21 boutique in Iceland because of lack of
fashion stores for young people. Many teenagers in Iceland like Forever 21
but not all of them can go abroad to get your clothing. It would most
likely be placed in one of the biggest malls in Reykjavik, the capital, but
if you would prefer another location I could find one that would be
suitable. Iceland is a very big tourist attraction with an easy tax-refund
system which would increase the turnover a lot. My family will help and
support me financially so that shouldn’t be a problem.
I wish to share my design
I’ve tried mostly all day to contact Forever21 by phone it prompts you to press 1 for english and select 1 for a person. The phone goes blank. I need to speak to someone regarding an order that I received. I had received 2 notes (cards) for credit that I returned items to the store. I purchased more items on line being Order # 30551732 – Invoice # 70010130551732 which I applied the credits and they did deduct the amount from the total bill. But I have now received the items and the invoice and the credit was not applied. Please can someone look into this as I’m a frequent shopper of Forever21 and I don’t want this to be an issue. I look forward to someone contacting me at your earliest convenient time. Thank you.

I want to express my gratitude for the help we received last night at the F21 TownCenter Mall in Kennesaw Ga. My daughter’s phone went missing while trying on clothes and she was frantic. The store manager, (i presume) a gentleman in his thirtys, went above and beyond to help us locate her phone! So impressed! Found it and called us that evening! Want to thank the store clerk that lent my daughter her phone to call and even texted later that it indeed had been located!!!! Please, please know that we are every so appreciative and thankful!!!!
