Our Experience

First Data corporate office is the starting point for customer service if you’re questioning what department you need to contact. You can press 0 to skip the list of options, but if the operator is on the phone your call will be disconnected. The corporate phone number appears to be nothing more than a routing line that connects customers to one of the other call centers listed above. You can attempt to contact someone at corporate, but we called three times and never talked to a live person.

  1. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Supervisor very discourteous. I am cancelling my account as of this date. PLease send shipping labels so I can return equipment.
Any further contact can be made through my attorney. Thomas Eckhardt.

  2. The customer service representatives are completely untrained for anything that can not be read from a script. My daughter has been trying to get her money from a job she had at Hair Cuttery since January. Between the two of us we have spent countless hours talking to different people on the phone, writing letters and emails. As of today, they are holding her $420.00 hostage in a sea of ineptitude. We have repeatedly asked to speak to a supervisor, but can not seem to get connected to one. The complete frustration that we feel at this time is overwhelming

  3. Client line is a terrible website. I have set up my account 3 times now, it will let me log on a couple times, now it tells me I have exceeded the limit on logging in and has now locked me out! Looks like nothing has happened since 2015! TIME TO GET UP WITH THE TIMES!

  4. I am trying to get POS lease information but do not have my lease number and the automated customer service will not recognize my merchant number or allow me to speak to a representative with out that. Please advise ans add an option for personal service.
