I shop your store otter online and in our mall. I purchased a pair of Nike for my son. We got size 2 1/2. Got home did not fit. Took bAck tonight to the Alton mall for a size 3. Both colors were out of the size. So I said can I just get a refund because they did not have our size and it would of too 5 days to ship. There were 2 ladies working and when I said I wanted a refund they basically ignored me and as people walked the store they were greating them and I was still standing at the counter. Again I said can I get a refund. Finally the girl says sign here and throws the money at me and shorted me $4. I was so mad I just left the store. I am sorry I’m a paying customer and do not expect to get treated they was I was by snotty ass employees. I have my return receipt. On worker was named Valeria cashier number 0086858. And I am sure the drawer is over by $4.
