Customer Service Email

FedEx does not publish an email address for the customer service team, but that is common. Our Experience

The FedEx customer service line gives the caller English and Spanish options. You can press 0 to pass through the automated questions – just keep pressing 0 every time a new question is answered. We were warned that call volumes were high and wait times would reflect that volume. The call was answered almost immediately. The Fed Ex agent gave us the address to our nearest customer service center with just a zip code.

  1. Sometimes your customers have to forward emails they receive from “you” to verify that they are real emails and there is no way to do this. I received an email about a package that is supposedly waiting for me – asking me to print something and take it to the nearest facility. I am expecting several packages so this could be real but it looks suspicious and my inability to just forward the message to you for verification is wasting a lot of my time. If you did a better job of stopping people form using your logos etc. maybe this wouldn’t be an issue but you don’t so you should make it easier to verify.

    • I have just received an e-mail just as the one described above. When I clicked on the site it said to print the receipt to pick up the package, my virus alert let me know it was a Trojan virus. I would be happy to forward the e-mail to you if you want it.

    I´m waiting for delivery from Nopal in Mexico.
    Last week friday a person from fedex Alicante in Spain has informed me,that he will deliver Monday.
    I have received no delivery.I have asked by Fedex in Madrid.
    I have no trackíng no.I have asked for the phone no.Fedex in Alicante.He do not have this phone No.

  3. Received message from FedEx about a missed shipment. As I rarely order items shipped by FedEx and was expecting a delivery I opened the message thinking I missed the delivery, my laptop was immediately infected with a virus, a phony McAfee virus company stated to fix I needed to purchase $60 – $100 in protection. I could not access this site, took it to Office Depot where it was repaired at a cost to me of $289. FedEx knew about the virus, I wonder how this scam knew about my FedEx delivery number. FedEx web has to be infected, then it infects its customers

  4. I am highly disappointed with absence of qualification in FEDEX FRANCE. My package that was sent to Switzerland for service with valuable watch disappeared. This is increadible irresponsability and abscence of organisation in this company. My watch with the value 2.700CHF disappeared in FEDEX. Today I am applying to the police.

  5. What is happening to shipping with FedEx? I have been using FE since 2010 for my little online store – most package ship using FE vs USPS. Just recently I have had FOUR damaged orders in TWO months. The one before today I just paid out of pocket and didn’t bother to file a claim. Today I filed a claim that is larger because the item is a wall cabinet built from 1″ salvaged barn wood. It is obvious this was either thrown or dropped as it weighed 18 lbs. and reason both sides of wood are split as it obviously hit the ground. I don’t yet know if FE will honor the claim. I’ve seen the steel arms CNN showed that are used to push packages from one belt to another and some of my packages have been damaged by them but this one was obviously thrown or dropped. Just saw a video of baggage handlers throwing luggage from their truck onto belt and the luggage was bouncing off the walls. FE rates have gotten so high but seems so have the damages from what I’m reading on forums. We are at their mercy having to ship our items.

  6. Hello,

    I had called in my package from order #30222070 lost. It was showing as delivered but was no where to be found. I live in a 4 plex and saw my neighbor outside and asked him to look for it. I came home later that night and found it by my door. I am guessing that it may have been delivered to the front door of one of the upstairs units, mine is downstairs, and they might have taken it inside. Anyways, I have found the package and would like to close the case for it.

  7. I am so proud of your driver for standing up to the flag burning protesters(scumbags). Please do not punish him in any way in fact he should be commended for his act. I personaly use fedex and the company I work at uses your service. Again thank him for us patriotic citizens

  9. Some time ago only three days before Presidents Day of 2015 .I had used FED Express several occasions over the years. This time has been a complete ripoff and failed claims process from the undelivered parcels and currently classified as lost and not returned to me the sender/shipper either.
    Federal Express @ Santa Fe Springs, California terminal has retained the most askew and crooked thieves of the Los Angeles area. Mr. Smith should terminate the drivers and dock management in santa fe springs since their unable to find a fair remedy to loosing “3” three letterpack parcels from the one sender, me. And then their driver or dock personnel lost or stole all 3 parcels. I have yet to see this reverse this event. Each letter contained monetary instruments totalling 1/3 of a million ,EACH. This bunch is a gang !

  10. I attempted to make a complaint via chat /email twice your agents disconnected me Then I was told I would be contacted via my email, this never happened . One of the headings on the top the form I filled in stated Fe-Ex welcomed my comments.I now give up .Fantastic customer service
