Customer Service Email
FedEx does not publish an email address for the customer service team, but that is common. Companies the size of FedEx cannot handle individual emails being sent to the same address so they provide online contact us forms http://www.fedex.com/us/customersupport/email/index.html to route the customer service communication.
The FedEx customer service line gives the caller English and Spanish options. You can press 0 to pass through the automated questions – just keep pressing 0 every time a new question is answered. We were warned that call volumes were high and wait times would reflect that volume. The call was answered almost immediately. The Fed Ex agent gave us the address to our nearest customer service center with just a zip code.
