If you are contacting Express about a billing issue you should not include a copy of your credit card or bank account statement. There is no way of knowing just how many people will read your letter or view that personal financial information. We chose to contact the customer service department using this email form to see if they live up to that customer service promise.
When we called the Express customer relations department we were greeted with an automated message. We pressed 0 to bypass the list of options, but that selection was not recognized. Option 8 will transfer your call to an agent. We waited less than one minute to talk with an Express customer relations expert. We asked the expert about the ingredients used in Express fragrance and whether or not they were hypoallergenic. The agent did not know the answer and the information was not available on the website. We looked through the descriptions of multiple fragrances with no resolution.
