Our Experience
Although the call time was typical of any major airline, the overall experience was not a delight. We asked the representative the hours of the customer care line. After being transferred several times, the agent came back and explained the call center is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

to whom it may concern,I recently flew on your airline from manila to heathrow london on friday the 19th of april leaving manila @1.15 via abudabi arriving at heathrow approx 13;30,during the final leg of the journey i wasunable to listen to anything as the head phone connection in the arm of the seat was faulty,which was very inconvient to say the least,but even worse was that my suit case did not arrive on the same flight as me.It took 3 days to get my luggage returned to me,and i had to purchase toilet gear and clothes i hadin said luggage,I feel sure that you can understand the trouble this caused me.i feel that you should compensate me for all the trouble caused by this and look forward to you comments.
