Our Experience
Calling the customer service department first thing in the morning proved to be more efficient manner of contacting a live agent. The time waited was less than 45 seconds; enough time for the automated system to explain the applicable options. When the agent answered the call, we asked if the known food allergens were listed on the website or if this information was available in the stores. The representative explained nutritional values are available on the website, but the list of allergens are available in stores.
We were pleased to contact a live agent, receive an honest answer and move on with our day with little hassle. At times, customer service is not the most efficient place to contact. What are your thoughts? We would love for you to comment with your story below.

I’m ELIAS.I want a complain about (126 Jericho Tpke, Mineola, NY 11501) dunkin. Today morning i ordered a number 5 combo but they charge two number 5 combo.when i asked them i want my one combos money back. then they said i can’t open the register come tomorrow morning when our manager is here.then i said i don’t live here.i asked for my receipt they did not answer me. then i asked other customer they said sometime same thing happen with us.i thing this dunkin stealing money from the customer. i hate that kind of business.
I visited location #304706 Woodbridge Va. 22191 this morning and I was compelled t write a review. Cutomer service is HORRIBLE !!! 15 min wait in line , understaffed, and unfriendly staff.
Natalie Sandoval was working the window with an aweful attitude and gave me change with a bill ripped COMPLETELY IN HALF. I called and spoke to the manager Maria, she seemed to careless about my negative experiece and denied a number to customer service or even replace the torn in half bill. This is outrageous. I can say I will not eat at any of your restuarants again.
I went to Dunkin Donut to have Large coffee cream and sugar, the employee who took my order she was busy on her phone and she messed up my coffee i cant go back now, please tell me what do i do now??????
What happened to the Gingerbread flavoring this year. Many of us look forward to it during the Christmas season. The Red Velvet was disgusting and the current Maple brown sugar doesn’t do it. Please stop experimenting with new flavors and give us ( your customers ) the flavors we love. Thanks
I am 65 years old and went into dd today and ordered 2lrg coffees and a muffin. When I asked the girl for senior discount she snaps oh you can’t the combo you got already has a discount price. I have been stopping at this dd in hull ma for over 2 months and last summer also and never got this reaction. It is not the 60 cent discount that matters it is the principal. What’s going on here
I RECENTLY DISCOVERED I HAVE A DAIRY ALLERGY(LACTOSE INTOLERANCE) AS DO A MULTITUDE OF PEOPLE NOWADAYS. WELL I WAS VERY SURPRISED THAT YOUR STORES ONLY HAVE DAIRY PRODUCTS, MILK AND 1/2 & 1/2,CREAM. NON-DAIRY CREAMERS ARE VERY POPULAR AND COST NO MORE THAN CREAM, WHY DON’T THE STORES CARRY THIS AS AN OPTION FOR PEOPLE SUCH AS I. NOW I CAN NO LONGER GRAB A COFFEE AT ONE OF YOUR MANY LOCATIONS.

I do not know who you have working the window at the Dunkin Donuts on Smith Street in North Providence on the early mornings on the weekend but for the past two day my husband has gone there at 6:00 AM to pick up a coffe for me and him.
He drops mine off and had to go to Boston for class this weekend.
His coffee was fine.
Mine on the other hand yesterday was burnt and terrible.
Today my large decaf coffee that’s suppose to have seven creams and 2 sweetn-low was totally messed up. it was even marked on the cup 7 creams and 7 sweetn-low!!!!!!
It was in drinkable!

On July 4, traveling north on I80 from Hagerstown, MD, we stopped at a Dunkin Donuts shoppe on the Carlisle Pike. It was 11:52PM. I looked because I was concerned that maybe instead of round the clock service, they would close at midnight. We pulled in, there were NO cars in the parking lot. All lights were on, sign said OPEN 24 hours in neon. We went in, and used the restrooms. Then proceeded to the counter to get coffee and doughnuts for our late night trip home. There was no sign of anyone in the store. I called but got no answer. We paused a few moments and then left, very upset. How easy it would’ve been to grab bags of coffee and any other merchandise on the way out but since we are honest people, that didn’t happen. I would like you to check into this and deal with the person/people who were to be working at this store at this time.

I called the next morning at 7:30 am., the woman told me I was right for calling and would receive a call back with in 2 days, here it is day 3, and no call back!!!! I guess the numbers you call tell you what you want to hear, after that it seems they don’t care anything about you, I will not continue to go somewhere that doesn’t satisfy their customers. Today was my first time trying your product. I am not that impressed. My chocolate chip cocolatte was so bad tasting I only took 3 drinks. My munchkin donuts 1 jelly and 1 glazed were stale. I’m disappointed I spent $3.68 I wish it would have been more satisfying and not disappointment. The service was great but the product was not. Don’t know if I will go back.
New bern nc store is the worse store to go to. They never have any dark roast even though this month it is part of my dd perks so instead im paying triple my cost. The shift manager does not know how to talk to a custome. Everything is alright I get my two coffees and what happens they dont even mark them and they tasted old.

new DD paper coffee cups are fine but the new cup lid is a cheap version of the lid that went on the styrofoam cup. The hole is too big, it is like drinking coffee from a gas station. The closing part didn’t lock in. The lowered standards and changed designed are a disappointment.
Please revert back to the old lid.
Please stop using Syrofoam for your cups. Not only is Styrofaom bad for the environment, it also releases dangerous chemicals into hot liquids such a coffee. Starbucks uses cardboard cups which are environmentally friendly and don’t release dangerous chemicals into hot liquids. Starbucks also lets us use our own ceramic cups. Maybe I’ll ask DunkinDonuts if I can use my own cup instead of their Styofoam cup. I’m a breast cancer survivor, and I sure don’t want to get cancer again from chemicals.
Ok every morning I go to the Dunkin’ Donuts in great northern mall it’s either a there a line out the mall lately there has not been any lines and I’m starting to see why because either there’s unprofessional conversation complaining about their jobs and secondly I go there this morning and she’s like we’re not opening at it’s well past the time they should be open so you’re losing customers in that aspect either a they’re not getting there on time but it not doing things that they should be doing so I’m a little disappointed I will be going back to the one on route 31 because I’m always getting taken care of quickly and efficiently but it’s a shame that we have one in the mall that we can’t even go to because they’re unreliable for not opening up on time or I have to listen to their complaining
I received an offer from a friend about a free box of donuts, went online and did all the instructions x 2 because when it comes to the final part to print the coupon it does not ever allow me to print. I tried calling x 2 also with wait times 30 minutes and 20 minutes, exceeded those time and never got to talk with a person just repeated comment about dunkin donuts products and service and trivia over and over. Sent this to 30 of my friends(from doing it twice to be sure I had not missed a step)Is this false advertising, is this good customer service. I love Dunkin but I am terribly disappointed in this matter. I do hope all of these people don’t have the same problem. I have lost face if this happens and so has Dunkin. Please reply
Visited dunkin donuts in Niagara Falls yesterday I got a hot pumpkin spice coffee and needless to say after I left there and started drinking it .The coffee was terrible
I’m responding to case #10758003 with regards to a customer acting irrational to one of this locations best employees. I happen to walk in at th exact time when this customer was yelling, swearing and being extremely disrespectful to this employee as well as all the other customers in this retail franchise.Tiku had offered to give this customer a complete refund and acted in a very calm and respectful manner to this customer even though she treated him so badly. Even though the customer kept negatively escalating the situation, Tiku tried very hard to maintain his respect and unfortunately this irate customer never settled down even though he did everything to do so. All the customers that were there were quite surprised and startled in the way she acted. Tiku represented the customer relation standards that your company would expect of a professional retail representative of Dunkin Donuts.
I can no longer use my dunking donut app to order because you switched to a new app which will not down load to an apple 4 phone. You shut off the the old app so it will not work and required the new app. I will not buy a new phone just for your app so I guess you lost a customer to another donut shop where I will now get my coffee. (oh well it was nice while it lasted )
I was at the Orlando, Sandlake Road-John Young Pwy Store this evening for a coffee to go. I was the only customer in the store while two salesgirls read from their iphone texts. I waited and left the store.

I have been a customer of Dunkin’ for years and been very satisfied. Recently, the store in Penn Yan, NY has taken an awful turn in customer service. They actually put signs up that they were not serving hot sandwiches because of lack of help for several days. There have been days we couldn’t even get basic donuts or munchkins. Today I couldn’t get a latte. The help they do have can be very rude as well. I help cook at a busy restaurant in the same town {not a fast food place} and know that when you are busy it’s a bit crazy, but we don’t stop “cooking” or serving. Thanks for listening to my rant, maybe they need some help getting back on track!

I go to Dunkin Donuts in my hometown, EVERY morning. I even bought $70 + worth of gift cards for Christmas.
Today I went for my usual run as the worker handed me my iced coffee, both sides of the cup split up from the bottom to the top and my entire car is covered in coffee. Thankfully, this was not hot coffee or I would have severe burns… I’m not sure if the quality of plastic needs to be changed on the cups or if this was defective.
I am wondering what you can do for me? I will have to get my car detailed deeply because of the stains. I think you should be responsible for these fees.
