Though it appears contradictory, aside from contacting DropBox customer service by email, mailing a letter may be the best means of contacting DropBox customer service as there is no phone support. The DropBox customer service phone number is not toll-free, so you may be charged for the call depending on your telephone plan. You can press 1 for support or 2 for sales. If you want to leave a message simply press 0 and your call will be transferred to a message box. If you press 1 you will hear a message that says customer service is not available to customers by phone. Basically, DropBox can charge customers for storage capacity, but they are not willing to provide phone support for customers with billing issues.
