According to the guarantee, if you book through Hilton or DoubleTree and you find another price that’s lower than the direct booking price, you can submit a claim form and receive the difference plus $50 US back for the trouble.

Our Experience

The available options from DoubleTree are simple and easy to follow. Customers will not be bogged down with a lengthy list of options, just five. Customers should listen carefully as to not select the incorrect department. For instance, the system tells customers to press 4 if they have additional questions. If you do, this is the right option. If you are attempting to contact the customer service department, you will need to press 0 and wait for a live agent. Don’t fret, we waited less than 30 seconds prior to speaking with the customer support team.     My family and I stayed at the Double Tree in Houston near the Galleria March 8th and 9th 2013. I was very impressed with the room and all the staff! The price was very resonalble. The reseraunt staff was amazing. We ate breakfast on saturday morning and again sunday morning and our waiter remembered what we all drank (4 of us). We came in late on saturday evening we were the only group eating, the bartender waited on us, served us and was very attentive! The valey parking attendants were very helpful. I would recommend your hotel to anyone!
    Looking forward to going back next year!!

  2. Please see above. We have been so satisfied each time we stayed at the Doubletree near the Liberty Airport. The service is absolutely great and I have told all my friends about it and recommended the Doubletree Brand to them, at various locations. They were also well satisfied.

  3. My husband and I have stayed at the Doubletree Hotel near Liberty Airport (Frontage Avenue) a number of times. We have received excellent service each time we have stayed there and are looking forward to our next stay on October 25, 2014. Because of the great service there, I have recommended the Doubletree Brand to friends who have stayed at other Doubletree locations and have been happy with their stays.
