In order to receive this offer, customers will need to purchase one movie at regular retail. We sent a message asking questions relating to canceling services. We wanted to know if customers incur an early termination fee. After sending a message, we received an automated message stating the customer service department would respond to our concerns within 48 hours.

Our Experience
Customers contact the Disney Movie Club hotline will reach the customer service department is less than 90 seconds. After the agent answered the call, we asked several questions relating the safety and security of personal information. The agent explained the security protocol and ended the call. The call and overall experience was perfect. There was little wait time and the agent provided us with the information requested. i log into my account and click my order history and it brings me back to the login.
how do i view my order history. disney ordered a movie that i didn’t order.
I now have a minus $98.75 in my bank account, due to an unauthorized draft from your company. I have just contacted BBB about this matter. You don’t even have my new card # on file, and yet, somehow charged my card, for items I did not even order. I will await the response from BBB, and then if necessary, contact my lawyer.
I was trying to cancel it the same day I signed up for it but I wouldn’t cancel it online and now you charged me $30 and I want my money back NOW! And I cant even log in to the account to cancel it because you don’t have my info on file but yet you charged me $30 what the hell
Not an honorable company. Will automatically send you movies that you do not request. You cannot stop them from coming until you meet agreement. Then you just have to cancel completely. Not nice.

I am still waiting for a refund on movies that I DID NOT order and My Credit Card that I never gave permission for You to use was charged, $ 25.90, I was refunded for 2 other movies that i NEVER ordered and sent all back at the same time,,,I just spoke to one of Your Reps and asked when My credit card will be refunded and She tells Me that They are most likely sitting in Your warehouse.. Well can You please get the ball rolling on My refund???? You did not hesitate to take the charges off a card You did not have permission to use and it has My account all messed up, so lets get busy refunding Me…$25.90……..
